Refund Policy
Our team at Taste of States takes great pride in curating and showcasing India’s regional snacks — made with love, tradition, and flavour!
As of now, Taste of States is a prototype project, created to represent the concept of connecting India through its diverse state snacks.
We currently do not process live orders, payments, or deliveries through the website. Therefore, refunds and returns are not applicable at this stage.
However, in the future when we begin selling products the following guidelines will apply:
If you are
a. not happy with a product, or
b. have received an incorrect or damaged order,
please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with a clear photo of the item and packaging.
Once we have the necessary details, we will coordinate with our Quality Control and Logistics teams to review the issue and take the best possible action.
Refund Policy
Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method as per your bank’s timelines, which may take an additional 2–5 business days depending on your card issuer/payment provider.

Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.If you wish to add more products, you can simply place a new order and leave us a note our team will try to ship them together whenever possible.
